AGREEMENT TO TERMS

Welcome to Hidden Alley Books (‘we,’ ‘our,’ or ‘us’). By accessing or using our website (the ‘Site’), located at https://www.hiddenalleybooks.com, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Use (‘Terms’). These Terms govern your access to and use of Hidden Alley Books, including any content, functionality, and services offered through the Site. You agree that by accessing the Site, you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Hidden Alley Books creates all its Content with the deepest respect for others right’s in their work. If you are the copyright owner of any image or other content used on the Site and you believe it infringes upon your copyright rights, please send us a DMCA takedown notice and we will gladly remove it.

Your Contributions do not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party;

Your Contributions do not violate any applicable law concerning child pornography, or otherwise intended to protect the health or well-being of minors;

If we terminate or suspend your account for any reason, you are prohibited from registering or and creating a new account under your name, a fake or borrowed name, or the name of any third party, even if you may be acting on behalf of the third party. In addition to terminating or suspending your account, we reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including without limitation pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

Informal Negotiations

To expedite resolution control the cost of any dispute, controversy, or claim related to these Terms (each ‘Dispute’ and collectively, the ‘Disputes’) brought by either you or us (individually, a ‘Party’ and collectively, the ‘Parties’), the Parties agree to first attempt to negotiate any Dispute informally for at least (30) days before initiating arbitration. Binding Arbitration

If the Parties are unable to resolve a Dispute through informal negotiations, the Dispute will be finally and exclusively resolved through binding arbitration. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT WITHOUT THIS PROVISION, YOU WOULD HAVE THE RIGHT TO SUE IN COURT AND HAVE A JURY TRIAL. You agree to consent and submit to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located within Arizona without regard to the principle of conflict of law or where the parties are located at the time a Dispute arises.
